Gas Engineer

Fixed Term - Full Time (16 Months)We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Gas Engineer to join our team in Westminster Gas, delivering a safe, compliant and high-quality service across our social housing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about resident care, first-time-fix performance, and maintaining the highest safety standards.About the RoleWorking to deliver the best quality service, you''ll carry out a variety of technical service tasks, undertaking gas servicing, repairs or installations in occupied properties, delivering exceptional customer service whilst complying with relevant regulations, standards and organisation procedures.You will be predominantly working in void properties but from time to time you will be asked to undertake breakdowns and servicing. In void properties you will be asked to carry out all gas repairs in the property such as radiator and radiator valves replacement, small gas runs and gas meter cap offs.You will also follow all Health and Safety requirements, making sure RAMS documentation is completed and reviewed prior to starting work, and ensuring that your working environment does not pose any hazard or risk to others.
