About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, you''ll carry out a variety of technical service tasks, undertaking gas servicing, repairs or installations in occupied properties, delivering exceptional customer service whilst complying with relevant regulations, standards and organisation procedures. You will be predominantly working in void properties but from time to time you will be asked to undertake breakdowns and servicing. In void properties you will be asked to carry out all gas repairs in the property such as radiator and radiator valves replacement, small gas runs and gas meter cap offs.
