Job Title: Gas Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Gas Engineer to join the team.

Purpose of the Job

To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant
  

• Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant
  

• Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group
  

• Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract
  

• Ensure all gas certification is up to date
  

• Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed
  

• Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.
  

• Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.
  

1. CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT
   

1. 5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role
   

1. Experience on working on large commercial boilers
   

1. Experience on work on Direct fired AHU''s
   

1. Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus
   

1. Ability to communicate at all levels
   

1. Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail
   

1. Computer literate - Word, Excel
   

1. Accountable to the Contract Manager
   

1. The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff
