      <description>Location: Oldbury | Salary: &amp;pound;36000 - &amp;pound;37000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role Details   An exciting opportunity has arisen for a  Gas Engineer  to join a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, fault finding, repairing, and maintaining domestic gas heating systems within occupied social housing properties across the Dudley, Wolverhampton, and Sandwell areas.   Location:  Oldbury and surrounding areas    Salary:   -36,000 - -37,000 per annum  (dependent on experience)   Benefits     Company Van  Fuel Card  Uniform and PPE  Smartphone App for Job Management     Working Hours    Monday to Friday   08:00am to 17:00pm      Call Out Rota    Compulsory Out-of-Hours Emergency Call-Out Rota  Working one week on, one week off     Key Responsibilities    Carry out annual gas safety inspections and landlord gas safety checks.
