The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent fault-finding skills and experience delivering a high-quality service within domestic properties. Key Responsibilities Carrying out responsive maintenance and repairs to domestic boilers and heating systems in occupied and void properties. Undertaking all aspects of domestic gas and plumbing repairs. Completing gas safety inspections and landlord gas safety checks in tenanted and void properties. Conducting gas safety testing, system checks and identifying and repairing leaks. Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs to domestic heating and hot water systems.
