Gas Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor for experienced service & repair engineers to work on a social housing contract in Brighton & Hove.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers looking for consistent work, a strong workload with a fixed day rate on offer.

Location: Brighton & Hove

Rate: -313.04 per day

Contract: Long-term contract

The Role

• Central heating service, repairs and wet works plumbing within domestic social housing properties
• Working across a condensed patch in the Brighton area
• Work available through to the New Year, with potential for ongoing work long term
• Monday to Friday, with the option to do minimum 3 days per week

The Rates

• -313.04 per day
• Weekly pay one week in arrears
• Minimal travel between jobs
• Opportunity for ongoing work

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years'' post-qualification experience
• Proven experience carrying out gas service & repair work
• Wet works experience
• Relevant gas qualifications including CKR1 & HTR1
• Panel van with bulkhead
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High standard of workmanship and commitment to safety
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out at onboarding stage)
• Able to commit up to 3 days per week
