The Gas Advisor will be responsible for covering properties within the M25 and will be provided a company van and fuel card. Key Responsibilities for the Gas Engineer:Conducting thorough annual boiler services to manufacturer standards.Performing Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) across a variety of domestic properties.Identifying and reporting any safety defects or remedial work required.Providing excellent customer service and clear, digital safety records.No Installations would be required within this position Skills Required for the Gas Engineer:Valid Gas Safe Registration (CCN1, CENWAT as a minimum)Strong communication skillsDriving License Please apply as directed!
