      <description>Location: Wiltshire | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Gas Engineer Void Properties  £40,000 - £45,000 - experience depending Wiltshire As a Gas Engineer, you''ll prepare empty homes on patch, ensuring gas, heating and hot water systems are safe, fully operational and certified before new families move in.Working independently in a company vehicle, you''ll inspect properties, carry out gas safety checks, diagnose and repair faults, and ensure homes are ready for handover within agreed turnaround times. Key Duties of the Gas Engineer:Carry out Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) and complete all required certification.Diagnose, repair and recommission boilers, heating and hot water systems.Inspect properties, identify defects, and complete or report remedial works.Ensure all work is completed safely, following Gas Safe regulations and company procedures.Prepare properties for handover by ensuring heating and hot water systems are fully operational and documentation is completed accurately.
