Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for experienced Gas Engineers to join a long-term 5-year social housing refurbishment and maintenance programme in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Gas Engineers looking for consistent, long-term work on a major housing programme. Duties will include: Domestic gas servicing and maintenance Boiler installation, servicing and repairs Gas appliance installation and replacement Fault finding and remedial works Central heating and hot water systems Working within occupied residential properties Completing relevant certification and paperwork Liaising professionally with tenants Working alongside other trades and site teams Requirements: Valid Gas Safe registration Relevant domestic gas qualifications Current CCN1 and appropriate appliances/ACS qualifications Previous experience within social housing or refurbishment is desirable Own tools and PPE Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable and professional approach Long-term work available, with the programme expected to run for approximately 5 years. ..... full job details .....
