Responsibilities

Carry out reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on commercial gas systems.

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of commercial properties in and around Edinburgh.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and gas safety regulations.

Complete service reports and maintain accurate records for every job.

Requirements

Valid commercial gas qualifications: COCN1, CODNCO1, or equivalent.

Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance within facilities management or building services.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Full, clean UK driving license required.
