Gas Compliance Supervisor

Job Title: Gas Compliance Supervisor Type: Permanent Location: Pontypridd Salary: £43,269.20 per annum BRC are working closely with a housing association to recruit a Gas Compliance Supervisor to lead and oversee their Gas Compliance Team, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant and efficient heating services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced gas professional with strong leadership skills to manage service delivery, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves overseeing gas compliance activities, managing staff and external contractors, monitoring performance and ensuring all heating works meet the required safety and quality standards. Duties: Lead and manage the Gas Compliance Team, ensuring policies, procedures and best practices are followed. Monitor team performance, service delivery, financial control and value for money. Carry out post-inspections and site visits to ensure works comply with gas safety legislation, water regulations and building regulations. Undertake quality control checks on gas certificates and worksheets submitted by employees and external contractors. Carry out heating installation surveys to identify and plan heating system upgrades. Manage health and safety across the department, including asbestos management and site safety.
