Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking an experienced, proactive Gas Compliance and Servicing Manager to take ownership of operational coordination, team supervision, and contract compliance across their domestic gas servicing and reactive repairs division. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational bridge connecting field engineers, direct clients, supervisors, and administrative staff. You will supervise a dedicated team of Servicing and Repairs Coordinators, ensuring that statutory compliance, scheduling efficiency, and contractual SLAs are consistently achieved. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision: Guide, mentor, and oversee daily workloads for a team of Repairs and Servicing Coordinators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of service.Scheduling and Diary Management: Monitor engineer appointments, travel efficiency, and daily diaries across domestic servicing programmes, urgent breakdowns, and follow-on repairs.Statutory Compliance and Audits: Oversee LGSR (Landlord Gas Safety Record) turnaround times, ensure compliance documentation is uploaded to client portals within strict SLAs, and ..... full job details .....
