Are you an experienced Gas & Heating Engineer with strong servicing, breakdown and fault-finding skills, looking for a technically varied role with excellent earning potential?

Do you want to work across high-end residential properties and complex heating systems, with the opportunity to progress into a senior position and eventually lead a growing division?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established specialist heating company delivering high-quality mechanical and heating work across London.

You will be responsible for a varied mixture of reactive maintenance and small works, ranging from straightforward plumbing and boiler repairs through to diagnosing complex faults within underfloor heating systems and domestic or commercial plant rooms.

Technical ability is key. You will work independently, dealing directly with clients, diagnosing faults and either completing repairs or clearly identifying the remedial works required.

The company is investing in growing its reactive and small works division, creating a genuine opportunity to progress into leading and developing this side of the business.

The Role

• Reactive maintenance, servicing, breakdowns and repairs
• Boiler servicing, diagnostics and complex fault-finding
• Domestic heating systems and commercial plant rooms
• Plumbing, heating, small installation and remedial works
• High-end residential properties across London
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - field-based from home

The Person

• Experienced Gas / Heating / Plumbing & Heating Engineer
• Domestic Gas qualifications essential
• Strong servicing, breakdown and diagnostic experience
• Commercial heating / plant room experience advantageous
• Professional, reliable and confident dealing directly with clients
• Full UK Driving Licence
