Garment Printing Supervisor

Aka Recruitment are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours to bring you this exciting Garment Printing Supervisor position for a busy and growing clothing company. Working Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the garment printing, ensuring customer orders are produced efficiently, accurately and to the highest quality standards. You will also cover account management and customer service duties. Job Duties Include: Lead the garment printing section focusing on efficiency and productivity. Oversee the daily production of printed garments including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, workwear and promotional clothing. Schedule and prioritise workloads to ensure customer deadlines are consistently achieved. Operate and supervise garment printing equipment including DTF, DTG, screen printing and heat press machinery (depending on experience). Carry out quality control inspections throughout the production process to maintain exceptional print standards. Monitor stock levels of garments, inks, transfer films, consumables and packaging materials. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimise downtime and maintain workflow.
