Key Responsibilities Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns. Mow grass and edge lawns. Weed flower beds and landscaped areas. Apply fertilizers, compost, and plant treatments as required. Identify and control pests, diseases, and weeds. Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely. Remove garden waste and keep outdoor areas tidy. Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects. Follow health and safety procedures. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and seasonal maintenance. Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely. Basic understanding of pest and disease control. Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Time management and attention to detail.
