Gardener

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well established Gardening-business based in St Albans.-This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous gardening or landscaping experience who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

The Role

Working as part of a two-person team, you will travel to domestic and commercial properties across the local area, carrying out a variety of gardening and landscaping duties.

Your van will be pre-loaded each morning, allowing you to head straight out to your scheduled jobs. You''ll typically complete 2-6 jobs per day, depending on the size and nature of the work. The hours will be 07:30-17:30.

Key Responsibilities

• General garden maintenance.
• Lawn mowing, hedge cutting and pruning.
• Planting, weeding and garden clearance.
• Soft landscaping duties.
• Working efficiently as part of a two-person team.
• Driving a company manual van between customer locations.
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Minimum 1 year''s experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Comfortable carrying out manual, outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to a high standard.

What''s on Offer

• -13.00 - -17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
