Gardener £26,227 per annum Leeds Permanent We''re looking for a Gardener to support the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated. Internally referred to as Grounds Maintenance Operative What you''ll do: Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained What we''re looking for: Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role Reliable, organised, and able to manage your daily workload Able to work independently as well as part of a team A positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service Hold a full UK driving licence (essential) If you are ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a purpose-driven organisation, apply today!
