The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for a Gardener working across sites between Egham and Brookwood. This is a full time permanent role with a salary of 26,722 per year, with an immediate start available. This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces within a defined local area. You will manage your own sections while working as part of a wider estates team, ensuring all areas are kept to a consistently high standard. This is a hands-on role offering a mix of routine maintenance and general improvement work across well-kept and established sites. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain allocated garden areas to a high standardCarry out general garden maintenance and improvement workComplete lawn care including mowing, edging, feeding, and seasonal workMaintain beds, borders, and planted areasCarry out seasonal planting including shrubs and bulbsMonitor plant health and manage pests or diseaseCarry out pruning and general plant careUse horticultural machinery safely and carry out basic checksKeep sites clean, tidy, and well presentedFollow schedules and record completed work RequirementsProven gardening or horticultural experienceStrong practical gardening skillsConfident use of horticultural tools and machineryAbility to work independently across multiple sitesGood understanding of Health and SafetyFull UK driving licence essential Skills and QualitiesGood plant knowledge and attention to detailReliable and well organisedProfessional and respectful approachPositive attitude and ..... full job details .....
