The successful applicant will be given their own area of responsibility to maintain and develop, working under the Head Gardener and Senior Gardener.Key Responsibilities of the Gardener: You will be expected to work on your own or with the team on a variety of garden projects,Use your initiative to maintain the garden to a high standardEnhance planting schemes utilising horticultural skills to benefit the gardens and wider grounds.Safely use and operate a range of garden tools and machinery within a busy gardenAble to demonstrate good time management skillsBalance the demands of the areas alongside seasonal team tasks.
