We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional standards of horticulture and design.We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Garden Maintenance Foreman to join our busy, growing team to look after beautiful properties across Richmond and Central London.The Role As a Foreman, you will oversee and execute general gardening maintenance tasks, ensuring our premium indoor and outdoor spaces are kept to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities: Garden Care: Manage comprehensive plant care across indoor and outdoor settings, including watering, planting annuals/bulbs, pruning, irrigation, lawn care, and overall garden development. Client Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a professional point of contact and responding appropriately to client queries. Operations: Complete daily electronic job sheets accurately, highlighting next steps and progress. What You Will Need The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
