Garden and Therapeutic Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to play an important role in transforming the lives of young people at Jamie''s Farm. We are looking for a warm, practical and reflective Garden and Therapeutic Coordinator to join our Lewes team, supporting young people through personalised therapeutic conversations, garden-based group sessions and shared activity in a beautiful farm environment. What is Jamie''s Farm? Jamie''s Farm is a charity that supports young people by combining therapeutic work, farming, and purposeful activities to help them thrive. Through residential visits to our working farms, we provide a nurturing environment where young people can reflect, build confidence, and develop the resilience they need to overcome personal challenges. Known within the organisation as ''Garden and Therapeutic Coordinator'' More about the role: This is a dynamic, full-time role combining direct work with young people and the development of the kitchen garden at Jamie''s Farm Lewes. You will hold personalised therapeutic conversations with up to four young people each week, facilitate reflective group meetings and discussions, communicate with visiting staff about young people''s wellbeing, and contribute to personalised reports that support lasting impact beyond the visit.
