Garage Manager

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Garage Manager / Branch Manager to oversee operations at a busy automotive site in Kingston Upon Thames. • Competitive base salary of -40,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to an additional -10,000 in bonuses based on branch performance

Duties:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and surpass branch targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service, maintaining a professional company image
• Manage daily operations to maximise profitability and efficiency
• Oversee workflow, stock control, and financial transactions, ensuring security and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment according to company standards
• Foster positive relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty
• Coordinate staff activities and oversee training to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements to drive branch success

Requirements as a Garage Manager:

• Proven experience as a Garage Manager, Autocentre Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a fast-fit or automotive environment
• Strong team leadership and excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes, workshop management, and health & safety standards
• Ability to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and lead by example
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to achieving results
