Ganger - Marlborough (SN8)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to lead a team of labourers on a large-scale residential project in Marlborough (SN8).

This is a long-term opportunity (minimum 2 years) with consistent work on a well-established site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team of labourers
• Working hands-on alongside the team
• Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring productivity
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• PASMA ticket
• Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay & Benefits:

• £20.00 per hour (CIS)
• Weekly pay
• Long-term, stable work (2+ years)
