Gaming and Education Lead
Basic annual earnings: £22,500 Performance bonus: Up to £1,200 annually - up to £300 per quarter Working pattern includes daytime hours, evenings, weekends and school holidays. Additional paid hours may be available depending on bookings. About Future Survival Future Survival is an activity centre in Gravesend offering modern and retro gaming, gaming parties, STEM and coding sessions, tabletop activities, Warhammer clubs and physical activities including laser tag, archey, nerf and more . We welcome families, schools, home-education groups, youth organisations and businesses. We are developing our education programmes and training offer, and we are looking for someone who can organise engaging sessions, support our team and help these programmes grow. About the role You will lead the preparation and delivery standards of our gaming and education area, reporting to the Centre Manager and working alongside our Senior Activities and Events Lead. This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will regularly run gaming sessions, parties and clubs, support participants and help customers. You will also take responsibility for allocated shifts once trained and assessed. You will coordinate education programmes and specialist instructors, and deliver sessions yourself where appropriately trained and competent.
