Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. The Role As a Gamebird Line Operative, you will play an important part in the production process, supporting activities from bird intake and storage through to plucking, grading, packing and palletising. You will help ensure products meet strict quality standards and customer specifications while contributing to the smooth running of the production line. Key Responsibilities Receiving and checking incoming game birds and recording intake information. Hanging and storing birds correctly, maintaining traceability and stock rotation.
