Start Date: Immediate.Enemy of Boredom (EOB) is a video game design training centre working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to build futures.We are the academy of creative excellence for young people who think differently, delivering contemporary arts education and alternative provision through video games design, music performance and preparing-for-adulthood life skills courses.We are seeking a passionate and creative Game Design Tutor to join our team at our Reading studio, delivering Level 1, 2 and 3 video game design courses to young people with SEND.The Role:As a Game Design Tutor, your task is to equip neurodivergent young people with the video game design skills needed to create a more beautiful digital world.Working both online and in person, you will offer students opportunities to develop their skills, confidence and capabilities through learning video game design - education without boundaries.You will plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons and workshops, adapting your teaching to meet the individual strengths and needs of your students.You will work closely with students to support their development, monitor progress and contribute to their wider educational outcomes, including relevant EHCP targets.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about video games, creative education ..... full job details .....
