Digital Data Analyst Contractor London or Derbyshire-based office, 2-3x a week on-site, £500 Day Rate, IR35 TBD, 6-month contract, Start date 27th July.This is a high-impact contract supporting a major digital transformation across a complex e-commerce environment. You will step into a pivotal role, combining hands-on GA4 expertise with strategic oversight to shape a scalable, best-practice tracking framework.The Company They are a large, multi-brand organisation undergoing significant investment in their digital and MarTech capabilities. With a complex estate across web and app, they are focused on improving data quality, governance, and measurement standards. Their MarTech function is evolving quickly, creating an opportunity for an experienced contractor to influence both immediate delivery and future strategy. You will work alongside internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.The Role and DeliverablesConduct a full audit of existing GA4, GTM, client-side and server-side tracking implementationsAssess and validate data collection, event tracking, attribution and reporting outputsIdentify tracking gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues, and define clear remediation plansProduce implementation-ready documentation including tagging specifications and Jira ticketsEstablish scalable tagging governance frameworks including naming conventions, event catalogues and decision treesCollaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors ..... full job details .....
