This is a highly client-facing position within the FX Prime Brokerage (FXPB) Client Service team, acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients across the full client life cycle, from onboarding through to ongoing business-as-usual support.Working within a global "follow-the-Sun" support model, you will manage 2-3 key client relationships while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Trading, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Relationship Management teams.This role would suit an individual with strong FX Prime Brokerage or FX Operations experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex onboarding and service delivery activities for institutional clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned FXPB clients throughout the onboarding and BAU servicing life cycle.
