Future Focused Team Specialist Caseworker

Full-time, 35 hours per week Closing 3rd August 2026 at 9am Are you a proactive, collaborative and compassionate individual with a proven record of working with young people at risk of exploitation or harm? Do you have a strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management and experience delivering structured casework and outcome-focused interventions? If so, St Giles is looking for a Future Focused Team Specialist Caseworker to deliver end-to-end casework to young Londoners, supporting them to achieve sustained, future-focused outcomes in education, training and employment while addressing safeguarding, wellbeing and risk. About this key role Our successful candidate will hold a caseload of young people and deliver structured, end-to-end interventions from assessment through to case closure. You will be expected to complete robust initial assessments to identify strengths, risks, needs and aspirations and to develop and deliver clear, outcome-focused action plans with defined goals, milestones and review points.
