We''re seeking experienced Furniture Sprayers, Finishers and Preppers to join our team producing high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in furniture, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing
• Proven experience in furniture preparation, spraying, or finishing
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience working on luxury bespoke furniture or joinery
• Knowledge of specialist finishing systems and techniques advantageous

What You''ll Do:

• Prepare and finish bespoke joinery components
• Apply primers, lacquers, top coats and specialist finishes
• Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship
• Carry out quality checks and maintain finishing equipment
• Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
