Furniture Sprayer late shift

Thrive personnel are currently looking to recruit an experienced Furniture Sprayer for our clients late shift, working a 4 day week Monday to Thursday 3.30pm - 1.30am. Responsibilities: Prepare furniture surfaces for finishing, including sanding, filling, and cleaning. Mix paints and coatings to specified viscosities. Apply primers, sealers, stains, and topcoats using spray guns and other equipment. Monitor paint flow, pressure, and application techniques to ensure consistent coverage and finish quality. Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, drips, or blemishes, and rework as necessary. Maintain and clean spray equipment, including guns, hoses, and booths. Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete production paperwork and records accurately. Work independently and efficiently during the late shift hours. Qualifications: Proven experience as a paint sprayer, preferably in a furniture manufacturing environment. Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. High school diploma or equivalent.
