The Role As the sole Furniture Sales Consultant in the showroom, you''ll manage the customer journey from start to finish. You''ll welcome customers, provide expert advice, follow up enquiries, and turn opportunities into sales. You''ll also keep the showroom looking its best and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience. What You''ll Do Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Build relationships with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and by email. Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an inspiring, well-presented showroom.
