I''m recruiting for a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out business in Central London and I''m on the hunt for a sharp, organised Sales Support Coordinator to keep sales projects running like clockwork - from first quote to final sign-off. This isn''t a back-office admin role. You''ll be the glue between the sales team, suppliers, and clients - making sure every quotation, cost plan, and spec is accurate, on time, and client-ready.The setup: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home. What you''ll be doing:Sales SupportPreparing and issuing project quotations and cost plan budgetsSupporting the sales team on product specification and technical requirementsProducing detailed, client-ready cost plansLiaising with manufacturers and suppliers on product info, lead times and pricingCoordinating fabric and material sampling for client approvalChecking order acknowledgements and specifications for accuracyManaging the handover from sales to delivery, cleanly and clearlyProject CoordinationTracking project programmes and delivery schedules to keep things on courseSupporting snagging and shortages reporting through to client sign-off What you''ll bring 2+ years'' experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial interiors, fit-out, or furnitureSharp attention to detail - nothing slips past youStrong time management and the ability ..... full job details .....
