Furnace Operator Nights or Alternating

Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a hands-on, industrial role?

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety. 

As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in:

• Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment.
• Loading and unloading heavy materials and products.

• Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.
• Good physical strength and stamina – this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work in high-temperature environments.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Good communication skills..
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Weekly Alternating:

Week 1:

• Mon–Thurs: 6:00am–2:00pm
• Fri: 6:00am–11:00am

Week 2:

• Mon–Thurs: 2:00pm–10:00pm
• Fri: 11:00am–4:00pm

OR

Night Shift

• Monday to Thursday:
  • 10:00pm - 06:00am
• Friday:
  • 04:00pm to 09:00pm

Please note you will only be required to work nights OR alternating shifts.
