Closing date: 03-09-2026 Funeral Service Crew - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract £25,818 (£13.24 per hour) plus benefits Full time 37.5 hours per week, 6:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00 shifts Monday- Friday and working 1 in 3 weekends 6:00-18:00 or 18:00-6:00 on a rotational basis- as part of this role, you''ll also be part of the on call rota Bristol BS30 8FR This role primarily focuses on the collection and transfer of deceased persons on behalf of the Coroner, ensuring every individual is cared for with dignity, respect, and professionalism.Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be comfortable undertaking physically demanding tasks, including the safe lifting, moving, and transfer of deceased persons, often working as part of a two-person team and in a variety of environments.
