Working closely with fundraising colleagues and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure fundraising campaigns, events, donor engagement activities, and income processing are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will play a key role in driving operational improvements, enhancing supporter experience, and maximising fundraising performance through robust systems, processes, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational planning, implementation, and monitoring of fundraising activity across the organisation.Manage and optimise fundraising systems, CRM platforms, supporter databases, and reporting tools.Ensure supporter data is maintained accurately and in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.Analyse fundraising performance, income trends, campaign results, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Oversee the accurate processing and reconciliation of donations, event income, sponsorship income, and Gift Aid claims.Develop and maintain fundraising budgets, forecasts, ..... full job details .....
