As operational lead in a small Development team you''ll own CRM, prospect research and gift processing so fundraisers can focus on relationships and income. What you''ll be doing You will be the operational engine of the Development and Fundraising team, responsible for maintaining accurate supporter records, ensuring gifts are processed and producing insight that improves donor experience, strengthens stewardship and enables forecasting for campaigns.
