Fundraising Officer

We are partnering with an established charitable foundation and grassroots grant-maker. The organisation works closely with local communities, businesses, donors, and charitable funders to direct funding to grassroots organisations tackling poverty, inequality, and other pressing social issues. At an exciting point in its development, the organisation is looking for a talented, relationship-focused Fundraising Officer to help grow the funding available to communities it serves. The organisation is open to appointing someone on a permanent basis or initially for 6-12 months, depending on the successful candidate''s experience and availability. About the Role Reporting to the Fundraising Director and working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the Fundraising Officer will play an important role in supporting ambitious income-generation and supporter-engagement plans. This is a broad and varied position with exposure to corporate partnerships, individual giving, charitable trusts and public-sector relationships. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with a wide range of supporters, work closely with experienced senior colleagues, and see first-hand the impact additional funding can have on local communities.
