Fundraising Manager

Working within a small, collaborative team, you will play a central role in shaping the charity s future by securing income from tenders, grants, and other funding streams. Fundraising Manager key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end process for bids, tenders, and grant applications.Develop and implement effective fundraising and business development strategies.Research new funding opportunities and maintain an active bid pipeline.Collaborate with internal teams to design and cost service proposals that meet commissioner and community needs.Build and manage relationships with funders, commissioners, and partners.Ensure contract compliance, quality assurance, and performance reporting requirements are met.
