Community and Events Fundraising Manager - 12-month Maternity Cover West London Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Full Time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Community and Events Fundraising Manager to join a well-established national charity based in West London. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead and develop a portfolio of community and challenge events, driving supporter engagement and generating sustainable fundraising income. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management skills, exceptional supporter stewardship, and proven success delivering large-scale fundraising initiatives. About the Role You will take ownership of a diverse events portfolio, including flagship fundraising campaigns, challenge events, and community fundraising activities. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of events while ensuring income targets are achieved and supporter experiences remain exceptional. Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering a portfolio of flagship fundraising events and challenge activities.
