Fundraising Manager

Fundraising Manager Salary: £38,220 per annum Full-time: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Location: Northampton, with hybrid working (minimum two days per week in the office) Help shape the future of fundraising at Psoriasis UK. This is a new role and a rare opportunity to become Psoriasis UK''s first specialist fundraiser. We have strong foundations, a clear mission and an established community of supporters. We are now looking for an experienced fundraiser to help us broaden and grow our fundraising portfolio, develop new income opportunities and build lasting relationships with supporters. As Fundraising Manager, you will lead and develop fundraising across the charity, with particular responsibility for individual giving, community fundraising, legacy and in-memoriam giving, alongside developing other opportunities for voluntary income. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You might be developing a fundraising plan one day, writing an appeal or funding application the next, and supporting a community fundraiser or building a new partnership after that. You will work closely with colleagues across Psoriasis UK and with senior leadership to ensure fundraising supports our strategic priorities - Supporting People, Driving Research and Advancing Care - and generates sustainable income for our work.
