Fundraising Manager We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Fundraising Manager (South West) to help grow sustainable income and strengthen the regional partnerships at an exciting stage in the organisations development. Join a long-established national charity with over 40 years of experience supporting children with disabilities and additional needs to reach their full potential. Position: Fundraising Manager Location: Bridgwater/Hybrid Hours: 30 hours per week, worked flexibly (with the potential for additional hours during peak periods) Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum pro rata (actual £25,600 - £28,000) Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 13th April 2026 About the Role The team work closely with families across the UK to deliver tailored therapy programmes that make a meaningful and lasting difference to children''s lives. The Fundraising Manager will join the organisation at a pivotal stage, leading the development and delivery of a strategic, place-based fundraising programme linked to the centre in Bridgwater and across the wider South West. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and colleagues across the organisation, you will lead the growth of regional income through corporate partnerships, business development, major donors, legacy giving and third-party fundraising.
