We are launching our most ambitious fundraising goal yet: 10,000 new homes for young people by 2030. Working with local YMCAs, we will build accommodation across the country, helping young people move towards independence. This role sits at the heart of that ambition. About the Opportunity This is a new role and a rare chance to build something from the ground up. As Fundraising Manager (Database and Insight), you will lead on database and insight area within the Data, Insight and Supporter Experience team, shaping the systems and data that power fundraising across YMCA England and Wales.
