Fundraising Manager Location: York or Burgess Hill / Hybrid Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE Hours: 35hrs per week Why join us? MAIN PURPOSE: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Manager to lead and grow a diverse income portfolio across multiple fundraising disciplines. This is a leadership role responsible for contributing to and delivering a national fundraising strategy aligned to Brainkind s organisational priorities, financial sustainability goals, and growth ambitions. The postholder will manage and develop a small fundraising team, embed high-performance standards, and drive income generation across statutory trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, events, and individual giving.
