The charity is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Events and Fundraising Co-ordinator to join their small, friendly, and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful events, engaging supporters, and helping raise vital funds for a cause that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting the planning and delivery of major fundraising events, including walks, quizzes, and third-party challenges.
- Managing event sign-ups and supporter data using Salesforce (training provided).
- Drafting event communications and producing promotional materials.
- Attending and supervising events across London and the South East.
- Maintaining and updating event pages on WordPress and boosting visibility via social media.
- Processing event income and generating reports and dashboards.
- Assisting with volunteer recruitment and coordination.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with charity regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in event coordination and supporter engagement.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends during busy event periods.

Desirable Extras:

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Form Assembly, Canva, InDesign, and WordPress.
