Fundraising and Events Manager

Are you a Midlands based Events or Community Fundraiser open to a contract? We have a 9 month contract for a Fundraising and Events Manager which may go permanent. We are delighted to be supporting a UK charity who offer fully supported breaks for children and adults with disabilities or complex needs, creating safe, inclusive experiences grounded in compassion and community. They are offering hybrid with 1-2 days a week in the Rugby office. The role A chance to join the team at a pivotal moment as the interim Fundraising and Events Manager and work closely with the Fundraising and Communications Director to develop new and existing income streams to further grow their c£1m income. Develop and manage a portfolio of fundraising events from mass participation, community and virtual supporter activities. Build strong, genuine relationships with donors and supporters of the charity from any income stream. Identify and evaluate new event opportunities, including digital and hybrid fundraising activities. Support volunteer-led fundraising groups, providing resources, guidance, and motivation to regional networks. Support the growth of digital fundraising channels including online giving platforms, peer-to-peer and crowdfunding campaigns. Support income growth in other areas such as Trusts fundraising from smaller funders. The candidate The team are looking for someone with a can do attitude to support them in a time of transition.
