About the Charity Our client supports vulnerable individuals and families across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, including young people who take on significant responsibilities well beyond their years. It''s a small, close-knit fundraising and communications team looking to grow with the right person alongside them. About the Role This is a genuinely broad, hands-on role - the conduit between fundraising and communications activity. You''ll be the first person to own a brand-new fundraising CRM system, and the first to build proper supporter journeys from a base of 600-800 contacts already in place. Two regular newsletters already go out to supporters and the people the charity works with - what''s missing is someone to turn that reach into lasting relationships. This October, the charity launches its first-ever integrated fundraising and communications campaign - a Christmas appeal for the young people it supports. Depending on timing, you might join in time to help run it, or join just after and inherit real campaign data to build the next one from. Either way, it''s a genuine ground-floor opportunity: no legacy systems, no inherited decisions - what you build is what exists.
