Fundraising and Communications OfficerWe are seeking an experienced and proactive fundraiser who can build relationships, grow community support and create engaging communications that make a difference.Salary: £30,000 £34,000Location: Hybrid home and Loughborough, with occasional travel across Leicester, Leicestershire and RutlandHours: 37 hours per weekClosing Date: 25th September 2026. Interviews will take place during week commencing 28th SeptemberAbout the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a small, committed fundraising team within a charity working to prevent homelessness and support people at risk.Working closely with the Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, you will help deliver an ambitious fundraising and communications strategy, increasing voluntary income, raising the charity s profile and developing lasting relationships with supporters, businesses and local communities.It is a varied role combining community fundraising, supporter engagement, events, digital fundraising and communications.Key responsibilities will include:Developing community fundraising opportunities that increase income and awareness.Building relationships with schools, universities, businesses, community groups and individual supporters.Representing the charity at community events, talks and networking opportunities.Helping to create and deliver fundraising events, campaigns and challenge events.Creating engaging social media and website content, including case studies and ..... full job details .....
