Presenting tailored business loan and commercial finance solutions, clearly explaining features, benefits, and suitability. Working towards daily activity targets and KPIs with consistency, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach. Building strong, trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Identifying opportunities to introduce additional financial products where appropriate. Staying informed about lending criteria, market trends, and new commercial finance products. Maintaining accurate CRM notes to support smooth follow-up and pipeline management.
