What You''ll Do
As a Funding Officer, you''ll use your judgement, people skills, and community knowledge to:
- Assess funding applications and manage grants
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with organisations
- Provide guidance and feedback to applicants
- Monitor funded projects and support their success
- Capture learning to improve how we fund
- Work independently and manage your workload with confidence
What We''re Looking For
- Experience working with communities or in the charity/voluntary sector
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in reviewing financial and project information
- Great time management and problem-solving abilities
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively
- Comfortable having honest, constructive conversations
